During the summer months, and in particular during the high season, check-in is on Saturday from 16.00 to 19.30. The minimum stay is one week. During the low season it is possible to book a minimum stay of 3 nights. For special needs or late check-in, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can organize your arrival.


During the high season the apartment must be vacated by the Saturday and no later than 10 a.m on the day of your departure.  For departures other than this expected time, the cost of one night’s stay will be retained.

Booking confirmation

In order to confirm your booking you must pay a deposit of 20-30% of the total amount payable, based on the type of accommodation and the duration of your stay.  All necessary information regarding the security deposit will be in the contract.


A deposit is requested upon collection of the keys, which will be returned upon departure, providing the apartment has not been damaged.  The amount of deposit depends on the type of accommodation and is specified in the specific information for each apartment.

Final cleaning

The apartment must be left in the condition in which it was found upon your arrival. We ask that you empty the refridgerator and the rubbish bin, and to ensure that all dishes are clean. The cleaning of the apartment prior to departure is compulsory and carries a cost of between € 20,00 - € 70,00, based on the type of apartment that you have rented.

Smoking is forbidden

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments, unless otherwise stated by the proprietor. Possible costs will be incurred for damage due to burns or deep cleaning of curtains or linen will be retained from the deposit.

Rest and relaxation

Enjoy your holiday and a well-deserved rest. Avoid annoying noises during the siesta period (until 16.00) and after 24.00. Abide by the rules of a quiet life and become a part of local town life.
