How to Confirm the Booking
The booking is considered definitively confirmed upon payment of a deposit, which amounts to 20% or 30% of the total cost, depending on the type of accommodation.
The deposit must be paid within 5 days of accepting the quote. If payment is not made within this time frame, the booking may be cancelled.
The bank details for the deposit will be provided in the contract, which must be filled in with the missing details, signed, and returned in PDF format (no photos).
Balance Payment
The balance can be paid before arrival by bank transfer (the property owner’s bank details will be sent), or on the day of arrival, at the key handover, by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. We cannot accept credit or debit card payments.
The tourist tax required by the municipality and the security deposit must be paid in cash at check-in.
Cancelling the Booking
To cancel a booking, a written notice is always required. No refunds will be given for any amounts already paid.
The cancellation policy is specified in each contract. If the cancellation occurs within 20 days before the start of the stay, only the deposit will be retained. After that period, the guest must pay the full amount as stated in the contract terms.
Check-in
During high season, check-in is on Saturdays from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
For special needs, please contact us in advance, so we can better organize your arrival.
At check-in, ID documents for all guests staying in the apartment must be presented, and the balance and additional fees must be paid.
Check-in will take place at our hardware store, MEG SNC, located at Via G. D’Annunzio 267, Pineto. We will then accompany you to your booked apartment.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a cash security deposit (ranging from €100 to €200, depending on the type of apartment) is required.
This will be refunded at departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged and is left in good condition and clean.
Check-out
At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left clean, tidy, and free of garbage.
Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
For special needs or early departures, please contact us in advance so we can arrange inspections, check-out, and the return of the deposit accordingly.
Maximum Occupancy
Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, which must not be exceeded.
This number is agreed upon at the time of booking and is stated in the contract.
If the actual number of occupants exceeds the agreed number, a supplement of €100.00 per additional guest will be charged.
Children are included in the total count of occupants.
Pets
Some apartments accept pets, but only with prior authorization.
Pets are welcome only if well-behaved and do not disturb neighbors.
Any extra fee for accommodating pets will be specified in the contract.
Linen
Apartments do not come with bed linen or towels.
Guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels.
